Supported by the French cyclists’ organization FUB in close partnership with the French Agency for Ecological Transition (ADEME) and the Centre for Studies and Expertise on Risks, the Environment, Mobility and Urban Planning (Cerema), the Académie Des Mobilités Actives (Academy of Active Mobility, ADMA) develops learning programs on active mobility. These are aimed at local authorities, officeholders and their staffs, members of cycling associations, mobility professionals and students. The goal is to increase awareness and disseminate expertise in France about walking and cycling policies.
ADMA is a program financed under the Certificats d’Économies d’Énergie (CEE) scheme of the French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty and is implemented by the French cyclists’ association FUB
